MEET THE COACHES
-
Hi, I’m Marias McAdams.Growing up in Missoula, I’ve spent the majority of my life immersed in sports, and my journey has shaped both my passion for athletics and my approach to training.
As a lifelong gymnast, I developed a foundation of extreme physical strength and mental toughness—skills that are essential for any athlete. Throughout my career, I’ve played a variety of sports, but it was during my high school years as a lacrosse player that I experienced a pivotal moment. A torn ACL was a major setback, but it became the driving force behind my dedication to strengthening not just the body, but also the mind. This injury opened my eyes to the critical importance of strength, agility, mobility, and injury prevention, and it’s these pillars I instill in all my athletes today.
From gymnastics, I learned the discipline, flexibility, and resilience needed to perform at the highest level. Lacrosse, on the other hand, taught me the importance of speed, agility, and the value of being part of a team—a lesson that carries over into every aspect of my training philosophy.
My goal is to empower young athletes not just to succeed in their sport, but to move through life with strength, confidence, and resilience.

Hi, I'm Hayle Sundquist.
Born and raised in Montana, I was brought up into a very active family that valued hard work and resilience. I was introduced to movement at a young age. From long family backpacking trips, to elementary school track meets, I knew movement was going to be a very important piece of my life.
Sports became my refuge—a way for me to find purpose, mental toughness, stability and the ability to push through adversity. When my athletic career came to an end after college, I realized that my true passion isn't just in sports, but also helping young athletes discover their own strength and passion. These past couple of years, I have had the opportunity to coach high school track, sports conditioning, 1 on 1 clients and young athletes. I am a big believer in simplicity, strength and speed, which you will definitely see in my coaching style.
The lessons I learned through sports have shaped me into the coach I am today. It’s these same lessons that I now pass on to my athletes, helping them overcome obstacles, both physical and mental, to become the best versions of themselves.
